How to Use (Research Application)

For experienced laboratory personnel only. This product is supplied as a lyophilised kit and must be reconstituted before use.

• Allow the peptide vial to equilibrate to room temperature. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab.
• Using a sterile syringe, inject the supplied Bacteriostatic Water slowly down the inner wall of the vial.
• Gently swirl until the powder is fully dissolved — do not shake, as this can denature the peptide.
• Draw the reconstituted solution into a sterile syringe and transfer it into the empty metered-dose nasal spray bottle.
• Reattach the spray nozzle and prime the pump 2–3 times until an even mist is produced.
• Follow the administration schedule defined in your research protocol. Store at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe defined in your protocol.
