Description
CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin Combo — GH Secretagogue Pair for Endocrine Research (5mg + 5mg)
What is this combo?
This combination pack pairs two growth hormone (GH) secretagogues that act through complementary mechanisms: CJC-1295 no DAC, a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue that stimulates GH release from pituitary somatotrophs, and Ipamorelin, a synthetic pentapeptide ghrelin mimetic that activates the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR).
In research settings, GHRH analogues and ghrelin mimetics are frequently studied in combination because their convergent but distinct signalling pathways allow investigation of additive or synergistic effects on the GH/IGF-1 axis. This pack provides both compounds for such protocol designs.
Mechanism of Research Interest
- CJC-1295 — GHRH Agonism: Activates pituitary GHRH receptors, stimulating growth hormone synthesis and release.
- Ipamorelin — GHSR Agonism: Activates the ghrelin receptor, providing a second, convergent stimulus to GH secretion pathways.
- Synergistic Pathway Research: Enables study of how dual secretagogue stimulation modulates GH pulse amplitude and IGF-1 output.
- Complementary Pharmacokinetics: The different half-lives of the two peptides allow research into temporal patterning of GH stimulation.
Research Applications
- Growth hormone axis signalling research
- Ghrelin receptor pharmacology studies
- Secretagogue combination protocols
- Endocrine pulse dynamics investigation

- Dual Secretagogue Pairing: GHRH analogue + ghrelin mimetic for complementary GH axis stimulation research.
- Synergy Studies: Enables investigation of additive or synergistic effects on GH/IGF-1 signalling.
- Pulse Dynamics Research: Contrasting half-lives support temporal patterning studies of GH release.
- Two Vials, One Protocol: Convenient pairing for combination protocol design.
Reconstitution Guidelines
For experienced laboratory personnel only. This lyophilised powder must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water prior to research use.
- Allow the vial to equilibrate to room temperature (15–25°C) before reconstitution.
- Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab and allow it to dry.
- Using a sterile syringe, add the required volume of Bacteriostatic Water by injecting slowly down the inner wall of the vial — do not aim the stream directly at the lyophilised cake.
- Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake vigorously, as this can denature the peptide.
- Visually inspect the reconstituted solution — it should be clear and free of particulate matter.
- Store reconstituted solutions at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe defined in your research protocol. Discard any unused solution after the recommended period.
