- Equilibrate. Allow both the peptide vial and the Bacteriostatic Water to reach room temperature (15–25°C) before starting.

- Draw the water. Using a sterile syringe, draw the required volume of Bacteriostatic Water.
- Transfer slowly. Insert the needle through the stopper and inject the water slowly down the inside wall of the vial — do not aim directly at the powder.
- Dissolve gently. Remove the syringe and gently swirl or roll the vial until the powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake.
