Description
KLOW Vial — Investigational Synthetic Peptide for Receptor Research (80mg)
What is KLOW?
KLOW is an investigational synthetic peptide compound supplied as a lyophilised powder for laboratory research applications. It belongs to the class of research peptides studied for their interactions with specific receptor systems and intracellular signalling cascades.
As with all Cronopharm research compounds, KLOW is intended exclusively for laboratory investigation. Researchers working with this peptide should design their own experimental protocols based on published literature and institutional review requirements.
Mechanism of Research Interest
- Receptor Interaction Studies: Investigational research focuses on binding affinity and selectivity against target receptor populations.
- Cell Signalling Cascades: Studied for downstream second-messenger activation in in vitro model systems.
- Structure-Activity Analysis: Provides a defined peptide sequence for structure-function studies in medicinal chemistry research.
Research Applications
- Receptor binding and affinity assays
- Cell signalling pathway research
- Peptide structure-activity studies
- In vitro pharmacological characterisation

Quality & Sourcing
All Cronopharm research products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and undergo quality verification. Each batch is tested for purity using HPLC analysis. We maintain strict cold-chain handling from warehouse to dispatch to ensure product integrity throughout the supply chain.
Key Research Benefits
- Investigational Tool: Defined synthetic peptide sequence for exploratory receptor binding studies.
- Signalling Cascade Research: Studied for downstream second-messenger activation in vitro.
- Structure-Activity Analysis: Suitable for medicinal chemistry structure-function investigations.
- High-Purity Supply: ≥98% HPLC-verified lyophilised powder for reproducible assays.
Reconstitution Guidelines
For experienced laboratory personnel only. This lyophilised powder must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water prior to research use.
- Allow the vial to equilibrate to room temperature (15–25°C) before reconstitution.
- Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab and allow it to dry.
- Using a sterile syringe, add the required volume of Bacteriostatic Water by injecting slowly down the inner wall of the vial — do not aim the stream directly at the lyophilised cake.
- Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake vigorously, as this can denature the peptide.
- Visually inspect the reconstituted solution — it should be clear and free of particulate matter.
- Store reconstituted solutions at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe defined in your research protocol. Discard any unused solution after the recommended period.
